Library and v.4.51b9 (latest)

Hi Eric
In the latest issue of this version there seems to be a problem with the Library. When you try to open a library file you get this:
But it gets stuck there and never gets any further.
On version 4.51b8 Library works fine. And it works fine on the earlier 4.51b9 too.
