Library doesn't work

On my iPad Air, none of the library menu items work. Any suggestions? I can select, but nothing happens.

It works on my phone, but not my iPad. Select the library but, select any menu item, then nothing happens. This only happens on my iPad

I just moved my files, deleted, and reloaded the app. Same problem. Problem is just on iPad, not iPhone. None of the three options work. Once I select them, the menu disappears, but no dialog box appears.

Today i purchased the full version instead of the lite and i have the same problem with the library as writen above. In the lite version it stil works.

For the benefir of a new user.....What is the Library Menu in ipocket draw?
I would like to build or use a library of items if it is available.
