Hi Eric
There is still a bit of a glitch with library objects and scale.
When you put a library object at scale, it scales perfectly correctly to the scale of the drawing you are putting it on. So all is good.
But in the Edit pane it shows as its original scale – so before you go any further, you have to be sure to change the scale on the library object to the drawing scale.

Yes George,
A priori, the dimension are good and resized and it is only the indication of the scale which is not good.
I will fix that.

Absolutely.
Objects are scaled perfectly correctly. Just the scale shows wrong in the Edit pane.
