Hi Eric
Is it possible/desirable to be able to centre a "Zoom in" or "Zoom out" by, say, double-clicking on the drawing where you want the zoom to be centered before clicking the zoom icons (bottom left on the screen)?
I know you can use the Zoom tool to achieve this, but it means several mouse clicks and dragging a marquee.
And I know you can also select an object before doing a Zoom in or Zoom out – which works fine if the object is small and where you want to be, but not if it is large/long as you simply get to the centre of it (I think??) rather than where you may want to be.
Just a thought ....

Hi Eric
Yes that would be fine - would you click the mouse to fix the position?

Wouldn't you have to move very steadily from the last mouse position to the zoom box? Suppose you hesitated as you travelled – ran out of mouse mat – etc??

Re: And a mild request ...
It's great Eric - works a treat. Seems to work on multiple zooms from the one mouse click too – perfect.
On a big drawing, even with Layers and Views, it can get tedious to move around and then go deep into a detail. This makes it much quicker and saves a lot of scrolling around and frustration!
Views is fixed too – and now has a Cancel button, which is much better I think. Great.
Many thanks -- George
