Bonjour Eric
Here is my simple question: How to create a colored profile without any color (not white, not black, etc …) in the inner circle?
One could use a workaround, splitting the profile in 2 parts near the middle of the inner circle… coloring each part, grouping together … but that is time-consuming.

Re: Region cut outs...
Bonjour Hubert,
There is only two solutions :
- a color in the inner circle,
- a workaround, like you describe with 2 parts or with a complex polygon but also time-consuming.
Why don't you want to have the inner circle with a color?
You can put it below all other objects.

Hello Eric
In the case of hatches there is something in your application, that can calculate regions. I thought in case of colors that could work in the same way...
I'm hoping you'll find a way, my be later...

In case of 1 item per drawing there is no need for color. When I start a complex design I'm going to create an assembly drawing. Ok, a section will be indicated by a hatch. But if I want to accentuate a solid surface I prefer pastel colors - so looking through a hole what is not empty, that is difficult for everyone .Eric Pousse wrote:Why don't you want to have the inner circle with a color?
